The online regeneration technology of powdered activated carbon adopts the technological process combining biological regeneration and thermal regeneration of “biological regeneration → dehydration → desiccation → hyperthermal regeneration” to realize the regeneration of powdered activated carbon in large-scale industrial wastewater treatment.
The powdered carbon will restore the initial performance after regeneration and achieve a higher adsorptive value compared with the new carbon by enhancing the dosage of vapor according to different purposes.
a. The company is the only enterprise engaging in the large-scale engineered regeneration of powdered activated carbon in China, which achieves the process of applying “powdered activated carbon to wastewater treatment” in industries and wastewater treatment industry.

The restoration ratio of carbon adsorption performance can reach 120% after regeneration.Especially in advanced treatment of industrial and urban wastewater, the absorptive capacity of COD can reach 300mg/g.The loss of carbon regeneration is low, which can be controlled within 5%.Due to low regeneration loss and stable product performance, the resource of “activated carbon” can be recycled to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.
